What to expect when we first meet
When we first meet we will discuss all of your requirments for plastering and offer any available different options or methods. Once we have concluded the best solutions for your requirements we head back to the office and start peicing together a formal quote.
Quotation
With the information gathered from our consutation we work on producing a detailed proposal. This is emailed over to you along with costsings and a copy of our terms and conditions. If you have any questions surrounding our proposal then we are happy to follow this up with a 2nd meeting or a telephone conversation.
How to proceed to build stage
Once you are satisfied that we have captured all your desired elements for the proposed works and have agreed upon the costs, we proceed to sign a formal contract to provide you with peace of mind. This signifies the commencement of the next phase, where we make arrangements for staff and materials. Rest assured, this process is handled behind the scenes, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you as the homeowner. Our goal is to seamlessly progress the project while keeping you informed and confident in our professional management of the entire process.
The build stage - what to expect
Our team will be onsite as agreed and we do not move from one job to another. Once onsite we remain until completion to your satisfaction. All dates and milestones are communicated with you beforehand so that you know exactly what to expect. One lead supervisor is appointed onsite to manage the project and ensure quaility throughout.
Handover
Once complete the works are veiwed jointly with the supervisor/Project Manager and client to ensure complete satisfaction. we ensure that your home is left as found and as agreed before leaving. Once cofirmation of satisfaction is received then the final invoice is issued.
