The build stage - what to expect

Our team will be onsite as agreed and we do not move from one job to another. Once onsite we remain until completion to your satisfaction. All dates and milestones are communicated with you beforehand so that you know exactly what to expect. One lead supervisor is appointed onsite to manage the project and ensure quaility throughout.

Handover

Once complete the works are veiwed jointly with the supervisor/Project Manager and client to ensure complete satisfaction. we ensure that your home is left as found and as agreed before leaving. Once cofirmation of satisfaction is received then the final invoice is issued.
